Corpy is operated by Kalenux. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit corpy.xyz. You do not need an account to read anything on this site.
To deliver the content you request and keep the site working; to analyse traffic patterns so we know which guides matter and where they fall short; to monitor errors and maintain security; to send the newsletter if you asked for it; to reply when you contact us; and to keep the site running. We do not currently serve advertising.
You can manage cookies in your browser, use the control above, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, which blocks analytics on every site you visit. Because we serve no ads, there is nothing to opt out of on that front; personalisation across Google generally lives in Google My Ad Center. Blocking essential cookies may break the site.
One, operating under its own privacy policy: Google Analytics for traffic analysis, with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not currently load any advertising or social tracking scripts.
We may also share information with those service providers for the purposes described, where required by law or court order, in connection with a merger or sale of assets (you would be notified of any change in data handling), and as de-identified aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.

If you are in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with data protection law, your information may be transferred to and processed where our servers and providers operate. We process under three GDPR legal bases: consent when you subscribe or submit a form, legitimate interests for traffic analysis and security, and legal obligation where the law requires it.
Corpy is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, email contact@corpy.xyz and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
By using corpy.xyz you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Kalenux. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use it.
By accessing the site you confirm you are at least 16 and accept these terms in full. They form a binding agreement between you and Kalenux.

Corpy does not currently carry advertising, and no ad network is loaded on the site. If that changes we will update this page first, and the advertising control in the cookie notice will already reflect your choice. Were ads ever shown, we would not control which specific advertisements appear, that is determined by Google and its partners, and an ad appearing here is not an endorsement.
We do not currently use affiliate links. If we add them, they will be in categories we already write about, such as company formation services, business banking, compliance tools and accounting software, and the rules below will apply from the first one: you would never pay more for using our link, and the relationship would be disclosed on the page it appears.
We link outward for convenience and reference. Kalenux has no control over external sites and is not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Tax rates, business laws and formation requirements change frequently. Information accurate at publication may become outdated. Kalenux does not guarantee that all content is current and may modify, update or remove it without notice. Every guide carries a verification date for exactly this reason.
