Accountable is a German tax application for self-employed people, freelancers and sole traders, covering income, sales and business tax returns, e-invoicing in XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and Peppol formats, expense tracking, bookkeeping and access to certified tax coaches. It states more than 40,000 self-employed users in Germany and holds a PSD2 licence supervised by BaFin. It is optimised for income-surplus (EUR) accounting rather than capital companies.
