Tax advice is not a reserved profession in Estonia and there is no register of tax advisers — it is provided by auditors, lawyers or accountants under their own rules. So the credential to look at is the person's underlying profession and their experience with your situation.
Estonia's headline attraction is its distributed-profit corporate tax: retained and reinvested profits are untaxed until distributed. That is simple in principle but has real edges (fringe benefits, deemed distributions, cross-border payments), so a good adviser is one who knows those edges rather than repeating the "0% until you distribute" line.
