How this is regulated in Germany
Germany has no immigration adviser register, but that does not mean the activity is open. Immigration advice counts as legal advice under the Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz and is reserved to licensed Rechtsanwaelte and certain public bodies. The credential to check is admission to a regional bar.
German companies are recorded in the Handelsregister, the commercial register maintained by the local registry courts.
