How this is regulated in UAE (Dubai)
There is no professional licence for an individual visa consultant in the UAE. What is accredited is the service centre: Amer centres are accredited with GDRFA Dubai for residence and entry permits, and Tasheel centres by MOHRE for labour services. An ordinary typing centre licence does not authorise government portal submissions.
The UAE has no single national companies register. Dubai mainland companies are licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, while DIFC and ADGM are separate common-law free zones with their own registrars and public registers.
