Residence and work permits in Turkiye are decided by the Presidency of Migration Management and the Ministry of Labour. No licence, register or protected title governs immigration consulting in Turkiye; the reserved part — representing you legally on the matter — belongs to a bar-admitted avukat.
So be clear whether you are buying administrative help — document preparation, appointment booking, follow-up — or legal advice; for the latter, a law firm must be involved.
